Ayal is the Chairman of the Board and a major shareholder of the Tefen Group. Ayal also acts as the CEO of QualiTest Group, the world second largest software testing company. Ayal brings over 20 years of managing experience in running large, global service companies. Ayal holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.

 

 

Aaron Lichtenstein

Chairman of the Board

Since co-founding Tefen in 1982, Aaron has been leading organizational growth and establishing Tefen's reputation as a leader in the management consulting industry. Throughout his 25 years of consulting activity, Aaron personally led dozens of global large scale management programs, and innovatively pioneered many of the unique management strategies and operations analysis used by Tefen worldwide. Aaron holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Eli Pelleg

Corporate COO and a shareholder of the Tefen Group

Eli has over 25 years of experience in the management of large-scale multidisciplinary performance improvement projects. Eli was part of Tefen's founding team and led the company's global breakthrough establishing Tefen USA, where he served as the first President. Eli is currently responsible for Tefen's international growth and business development and is personally active in major consulting projects. Eli holds an MBA from Bradford University and a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Mally Bitzur-Parnes

CEO of Tefen Israel

She is one of the leading experts in Israel in the fields of re-organization methods and the recovery of public, governmental and private organizations.

In her last position, she ran the re-organization and excellence unit at IMI Systems. Before that, she held the position of VP of Business Development at Aviv AMCG, and the position of a senior marketing manager at Eltel Technologistics. She also managed the marketing and business development alignment at Log Engineering and Management.
Mally holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, from Tel Aviv University.

Moran Markovitz

Corporate CFO of the Tefen group

Moran Markovitz is a Partner with Tefen, serving as the Corporate CFO. Prior to this position, Moran was the CFO of Tefen Europe & Tefen USA. He brings over seven years of financial management expertise, overseeing the daily activities in risk management, planning & reporting, international tax planning, and legal affairs. Moran holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business finance from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a certified public accountant in Israel. Moran is developing the Tefen corporate business around the world, mainly by scouting & developing global consulting opportunities, mergers, establishment of partnerships.

Zbigniew Brzeziński

Managing Partner and CEO of Tefen Poland

Zbigniew has more than 20 years of experience in big international organizations such as Coca-Cola, Orkla Group, CEDC, Unicredito, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi, Takata-Petri, DPD, Koelner/Rawplug, Volvo Group, and more. As part of his vast experience as an interim manager, Zbigniew has conducted a number of M&A's, Change management programs and business turnarounds for multinational organizations located in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He is also executive Coach & Mentor for top executives.

 

 

Dr. Philippe Salphati

Managing Director and Partner at Tefen Switzerland

Philippe brings over 25 years of global experience in projects management and has held numerous leadership positions in global Life Science companies, particularly at Sanofi. As an expert in the Life Sciences sector, he has led projects in the fields of Digital Transformation, Business Design and Transformation, Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Market Access, and Organization transformation and performance turn around. He also brings vast experience in Global product launches, Go to Market Strategy, Transformation and turn around projects, leading complex cross-functional enterprise transformation projects (IO, R&D, Com-Ops), Marketing including digital MCM, and more. Philippe holds a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree, from the School of Pharmacy, Paris XI, and an MBA degree from the International University of America, San Francisco.

Neta Rosenberg Lavi

Head of services and operational excellence, Partner at Tefen Israel

Neta has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in managing and executing large -scale projects in various fields, such as developing operational strategy, achieving business excellence and improving sale services. In recent years she has managed various projects in leading Israeli companies across different sectors, such as financial services, telecommunications, healthcare and more. Her customers include: Bank Leumi, Meuhedet, Cellcom, Bank Hapoalim, Osem, Yediot Communications, and Bank of Jerusalem. Neta holds a B.S.c. in Industrial Management Engineering (honors) from the Technion and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.

 

 

 

 

Zeev Ahronson

Head of Procurement, project management and R&D, Partner at Tefen Israel

Zeev brings over 15 years of management consulting and operational excellence experience. Zeev has vast experience performing cross organizational improvement projects in the areas of operational excellence, production optimization, supply chain and purchasing, R&D and project managemet excellence.These projects have been executed at dozens productive and service organizations.

Zeev holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, both from Tel Aviv University. Zeev is also PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Chiara Garavaglia has over 20 years of experience, mainly in the Life Science and the Healthcare industries. Her expertise, consolidated both nationally and internationally, covers the following project areas: Design and implementation of long-term business strategies, Project management Post M&A and Start-Up, Pricing, managing projects in analysis/study of launching new products, Due Diligence, Commercial excellence Projects, Partnership projects in healthcare/pharmaceutical companies and medical device, and more.

Chiara holds a M.A. in Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan.

Fabio Nicolò

Partner at Tefen Italy

Fabio Nicolò has more than 20 years of experience gained in the management of strategic analysis projects, corporate restructuring, operational excellence, M&A in the Energy sector, Media, ICT, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. He is a Blue Ocean-certified counselor, specialising in value-creation processes through innovation and in the definition of strategic development processes in highly dynamic environments. He has directly managed start-up initiatives and corporate restructuring operations.
He has a degree in Management Engineering, and holds an Executive MBA from Stanford Business School.

 

 

Adrienne Trangle-Pelleg

Adrienne brings with her over 20 years of experience in operations management with direct P&L responsibilities at a major Fortune 500 company, and many years of Six Sigma and lean implementations. Additional strong competencies include strategy, finance, organizational effectiveness and change management, operation excellence in both manufacturing and transactional environments.

Yuval Barak

Yuval brings over 14 years of operational excellence projects in the fields of Supply Chain and Operations. He has vast experience in a variety of sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Retail, Communication, Fashion, TPL organizations, Chemicals, and Spare Parts. His background and expertise include Supply Chain and Logistics strategy design, Cost Reduction and EBITDA improvement, DC’s functional design and plants masterplan, Implementation of measurement and control systems and KPI’s definition, Formulation of inventory models and deployment concept, and more.

Yuval holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance, both from Ben Gurion University.

Antonio Liguori

Working in management consultancy for the past nine years, with major emphasis in the fields of Life Science & Energy, Antonio became specialized with the following fields of expertise: Operational excellence and Lean management programs, Strategic cost cutting, Strategic PMO and management of Post M&A projects, Optimization of the Supply Chain, Review of procurement strategies, Programs of improvement for systems maintenance processes and reliability, Programming process optimization for the production processes.

Maya Ravia Spivakovsky

Hagar has five years of experience in management and executing projects in the fields of operational improvement and in retail, including operational examinations, organizational examinations, defining optimal processes and support needed and more. Her projects have brought significant improvements in revenue and operations. Brian Hsing

Brian brings over ten years of global consulting experience, having worked with many of the largest Life Sciences companies in the world, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Brian specializes in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, and has additionally worked in Semiconductors, and Technology. Major areas of expertise are in Lean Six Sigma TOC, Organizational Change Management, Strategy and Innovation, Physician Engagement & Effectiveness, Supply Chain Design and Optimization, and Lean Startup. 

Brian holds a dual B.Sc in Management and Finance from New York University Stern School of Business.

Paolo Correale

Paolo is the Leader of Tefen Life Sciences pricing practice. He has been working as a consultant in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries for more than eight years, ranging across most functional areas.

Over the past five years, Paolo has focused on designing and implementing Pricing, Market Access and Healthcare Partnership solutions for leading MedTech and Pharma players, at both global and local level. He has also supported several multinationals in launching processes, organization, and technology to manage all aspects of Pricing, from strategy to execution. 

Haim Benaim

Haim holds 22 years of experience in leading complex improvement processes in the fields of operations, production, maintenance & engineering, and material & production Planning, Demand, Material & Production Planning, Cross organizational Processes Improvement while using Lean Methodologies, ERP & MRP implementation, and more.

Adar Pollack

China Lead & Head of BD, Asia-Pacific at Tefen

Adar is China Lead & Head of BD, Asia-Pacific in Tefen. Adar joined Tefen in 2011. Based out of the Tefen China office in Shanghai, he is in charge of business operations locally and in the Asia-Pacific region. Adar holds an M.A. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ety brings over 15 years of Supply Chain, Operations Excellence and Project Management experience, along with deep expertise in all aspects of the Operations, Lean Methodologies and IT Systems implementation. She has also worked with a variety of worldwide Pharmaceutical and High-tech companies, in which she led the Supply Chain & Process Excellence Departments. Moreover, she has experience in Cross Organizational Processes Improvement while using Lean Methodologies, Knowledge Management Implementation, Procurement and Product Pricing, and more.

Ety holds a B.A. in Economics & HR Management from Ben Gurion University, and is currently studying for an M.A. degree in Laws at Bar Ilan University. She also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Ishayau Perelman

Ishayau is a professional project manager, with over 20 years in Management consulting, Organization maturity assessment, Strategic Planning, SIO model (Translating Vision Into Action), and Business Intelligence. He has vast and rich experience in directing, managing and deploying operational excellence (OpEx) projects and large transformation programs for global organizations, in diverse companies, including Motorola, British Petroleum, DHL, Pfizer, United Nations (UNFCC& UNOG), Microsoft, DSRL Nuclear, RBS, Starwood Hotels, AON Insurance, and more.

In addition, Ishayau is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has trained and certified Lean Six Sigma MBBs, BBs & Green Belts across Europe for more than a decade.
Ishayau holds a B.Sc in Nuclear Engineering, and an M.Sc in Materials Engineering/Solid State Physics, both from Ben Gurion University.

Leonid Pirogovsky

Leonid brings over ten years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Portfolio and Commercial Operations Management. In his previous positions, he worked in executive positions in commercial and manufacturing organizations, both at the Headquarters and at the Business Unit level. He also brings solid hands-on experience managing and leading in areas, such as Strategy establishment, New product launches, Tenders management, Design of commercial policies, Planning and Forecasting, S&OP, Distribution, IT and BI solutions design, Change management & cross organizational Processes Improvement and more.

He has lead complex cross functional operational and commercial programs with multinational teams in North America, Russia, Israel and APAC.

Leonid holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management and an MBA, both from Ben Gurion University.

Yael Har-Even

Yael holds over 20 of experience in international management, investment, business strategy and operations in sectors ranging from pharmaceuticals, IT, infrastructure, and services. 

She holds proven success record in managing re-organization and turnaround process, assimilating state-of-the-art technology systems, and taking the companies to the next level in revenues and profit.

Before Tefen Yael was head of Business development of the Bezeq group, establishing Stageone VC fund, lab one (which is now TheTime, the most successful incubator in Israel), CEO of Baran Raviv (Baran Group), Kidum group and Giraffe group. 

Yael holds a B.A. and M.A. in Sociology from Tel Aviv University.

 

Prof. Dr. Thomas Vogler

Partner at Tefen Germany

Thomas has 25 years of experience in the fields of retail management and supply chain.

His expertise includes designing store concepts, location planning for stores, benchmarking of retail chains, HR development and employee trainings for retailers, floor planning and shelf planning projects based on psychological issues, supply chain projects for retail, and more.

Thomas holds a PhD from the University of Freiburg.

Mathias Bauer

Director at Tefen Germany

Mathias is the Director of Tefen Management Consulting in Germany. He is a professional project manager and has over eight years of management consulting experience. His main focus is on energy supply, transportation and the manufacturing sector.

He specializes in strategy and business development, sustainability management, digitalization and organization and process management. In addition to practical experience, he also teaches scientific expertise as a lecturer at a technical university.
